Thrive is an all-in-one platform that unifies learning, skills, and communications - empowering organisations to upskill their people faster and more collaboratively than ever before.

This piece is a 15 second pitch concept exploring creative ways to communicate the platform's tools and features in a visually engaging and memorable way. The challenge was to distil a broad and powerful product offering into a short, punchy format without losing clarity or impact. The result is a concept that aims to feel as dynamic and forward thinking as the platform itself.

The project began with an exploration of visual inspiration, with a clear direction in mind from the outset. The core concept centred around clarity and cleanliness as a way to reflect the platform's focus on visibility and transparency within businesses. Glass emerged early on as the natural material of choice to bring that idea to life.

From there, the focus shifted to finding the right balance between aesthetic elegance and clear, purposeful communication

When working with a script, the first stage is to look at any keywords that might be of visual interest, this helps to inspire the way the film might look. You can see in the word web to the right, clear indicators that were used in the final piece. They can vary from small to impactful but this process has proven to be invaluable in the early conceptial stages.

With the supplied script in hand and a general direction in mind, the next step was to explore initial concepts through sketching. A straightforward platform-based video felt too generic for what the project deserved, so the focus shifted towards something more distinctive. The concept of abstract tiles emerged as a compelling solution, serving as a visual metaphor for how Thrive can act as the foundational building block of any business, adaptable and integral to any organisation.
